Disclaimer & Ethical Statement
1. General Principles
We recognize that the internet, while a place of freedom and expression, can also be harmful. Content that circulates online may deeply affect individuals, sometimes with long-lasting consequences. Our goal is to provide a responsible environment where adult content is accessed in a respectful manner, while taking an active stance against abuse, harassment, and illegal activities.
We want to be clear: the existence of harmful content on the wider internet does not mean we tolerate it here. We do not endorse, ignore, or profit from the presence of illegal material.
2. Content Hosting & Technical Framework
- No storage of third-party content. We do not host or permanently store any media on our servers. All videos, images, and files are located on external websites operated by third parties. Our platform functions strictly as an aggregator of links and preview images
- Logging policy. We record IP addresses and timestamps only for users who directly publish links on our website. We do not record such information when links are retrieved automatically by our systems, as it is technically impossible
3. Freedom of Expression vs. Abuse of Freedom
Like every forum, social media platform, or open-content site, our platform may, at times, provide access to disturbing material. This is not unique to us, it is a fundamental risk across the entire internet.
Preventive censorship is not feasible. What is possible, and what we commit to, is reactive intervention: removing reported or detected harmful content as swiftly as possible.
This operational model is shared by large adult-content platforms such as Pornhub or YouPorn, where the vast majority of content is legal, but illegal material can occasionally appear before it is removed.
4. Our Ethical Commitment
This disclaimer is not an attempt to distance ourselves from responsibility. On the contrary, we recognize our duty to act responsibly and transparently.
We are committed to supporting victims of:
- Doxing
- Revenge porn
- Cyberstalking
- Harassment
- Creepshot
- Other forms of online abuse
If you are affected, please contact us. We will assist without unnecessary demands for proof, and within the limits of our capabilities, we will:
- Remove and block links leading to harmful material, as best as we can, as far as possibile
- Prevent re-publishing of the same content on our platform
- Report the matter to the owners of third-party websites, though results may vary as we have no control over them
5. Case Studies & Actions Taken
- Support to victims of doxing: In several cases, we acted immediately to ensure links to harmful pages were permanently blocked on our platform. While the original pages still exist elsewhere on the internet, we do not amplify or advertise them
- Behind-the-scene intervention: Aware of the toxic culture present on some third-party platforms, we have discreetly joined their moderation teams. Without disclosing our role as a site operator, we acted to deter malicious users and stop abusive practices. In doing so, some perpetrators realized they were under closer scrutiny and at risk of serious consequences. I take these matters personally. While my powers as a moderator are limited, I am still able and willing to work with anyone affected
These steps, though limited, reflect our determination to go beyond the bare minimum and actively protect vulnerable individuals.
6. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Why can harmful or illegal content sometimes appear here?
A: Because we link to content hosted on third-party platforms. Just like social media or video-sharing sites, new material may occasionally bypass filters until reported and removed.
Q: Do you tolerate or profit from illegal content?
A: Absolutely not. We do not endorse it, ignore it, or benefit from its presence. Illegal content is actively removed once detected or reported.
Q: What happens if I report harmful material?
A: We will investigate promptly, remove links from our platform, and, where possible, alert the owner of the third-party website that stores them
Q: Can you remove the original content from the internet?
A: No. We cannot delete material from external websites, but we can prevent its distribution here and, as moderator (if applicable) from third-party websites with manual intervention. As for the rest we notify the parties involved.
7. Contact
If you are affected or have concerns, please contact us by email. We take every report seriously and will do our utmost to assist you.
8. Education & Awareness
Before anything else, we want to be clear: we are not here to order anyone around. What follows are hard-learned lessons from our daily experience dealing with harmful content online. Some of these recommendations may sound strict, even grim, but unfortunately they reflect the reality of how malicious actors operate. We share them in the hope that they can help protect you or someone you care about.
Never Share Images of Minors
Even if it is just between friends or relatives, do not share pictures of children or teenagers. Too often, the threat is closer than it seems, and even innocent images can be misused once they leave your control.
Be Extremely Careful With Intimate Content
- With partners or spouses: Avoid sending intimate photos or videos altogether. If you choose to, never make yourself identifiable, do not show your face, use masks or angles that protect your identity. Sexual expression is natural and valid, but the risk is real: every day we see content shared without the knowledge or consent of the people who trusted the wrong person
- With strangers: Never send intimate content to someone you do not know in real life. Once a photo leaves your device, it is gone forever. The recipient can keep it for life, share it, or spread it across thousands of devices worldwide in hours
Empty assurances like "I'll delete it", "This is a timed photo", or "This platform is safe" are lies. No app, watermark, or countdown can guarantee that a file is truly temporary. The moment it arrives on someone's device, it is permanently out of your control.
Understand That Even Normal Photos Can Be Exploited
Even perfectly innocent, fully clothed pictures can attract unwanted attention. They may become the starting point for harassment, doxing, or other forms of abuse.
Additional Safety Practices
- Limit personal details online: Avoid posting information that can connect your identity to your private life (address, workplace, routines, family names)
- Use separate identities: Consider using different usernames, emails, or even devices for casual online activity versus personal matters
- Think before sharing: Ask yourself: Would I be comfortable if this photo or message ended up on a public forum tomorrow? If the answer is no, reconsider sending it
- Teach awareness: If you have children or younger relatives, educate them early about the permanence of digital sharing. Prevention is the most effective form of protection
